Customer Service & Localisation Specialist Portuga

Do you enjoy communication with people, helping them with their problems and finding the most effective solutions? Do you have sense for detail and for Portuguese language? Do you love running, football and/or fitness?

What will be your key responsibilities?

• daily communication with customers (email and phone)

• edits, notes, changes and cancellations of orders on customers request

• reviews of the order status & order processing and invoicing

• tracking of shipments & communication with delivery companies

• continuous improvement of processes and internal procedures

• providing information about product

• following of market specifics

• claims (communication with the complaint department processing the claim)

• product discussions on e-shops

• regular check of all e-shops

• translations (articles, blogs, products, FB posts, newsletters)

What kind of your knowledge, experience and personal characteristics do we need?

• native in Portuguese language with very good written and oral communication skills

• customer friendly approach

• organizational skills

• proactivity and team spirit

• flexibility - ability to learn new things and welcome changes

• positive work approach

• flexible personality, ready to accept new challenges, orientation in new situations

• English language on communicative level

• very good computer skills 

• active athlete or positive attitude to sports :-)
