Country Manager France

France full-time Ecommerce

Are you ready to help us develop Top4Running, Top4Football & Top4Fitness mainly e-commerce driven business in France? Are you able to think as a marketing guy in the morning, as a customer service guy during the lunch and as an ‘everything else’ guy in the afternoon? Do you have an experience from an e-commerce company and/or sporting goods industry? Will you be able to grow with our business and build & lead your own country team in the future?

Job description:

  • Being responsible for growing mostly Top4Running, but also Top4Football & Top4Fitness business in France across all sales and marketing channels (e-commerce, team sales, brand-building)
  • Securing perfect, smooth & localized up to date experience on all our FR websites,
  • Coordination of translations, locally relevant services (ie. payment methods, logistics services, etc.)
  • Building & leading French team consisting of marketing, customer service, team sales
  • Overlook perfect customer service experience. Directly managing relationships with e-commerce customers when CS person is off on all possible channels (phone, email, social messengers)
  • Building relationship with key business partners in France (key customers, ambassadors, brands, clubs and companies)
  • Start team sales in France - with main focus on track & field team service
  • Building the physical presence in the country (local events, searching for franchises in stores)
  • Regular meeting rhythm and communicating on regular basis with the Top4Sport sales team and the head-office
  • Analysis of performance of all French sales channels on daily basis
  • Regularly overlook prices of competitors, with main focus on the margin and net contribution meanwhile being competitive
  • Providing local market insights, trends, competitor analysis
