Job Overview:
As a Store Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the smooth running of your store and delivering a world-class guest experience. In doing so, you focus on constantly increasing sales and maximizing the profitability of the store as well as on the constant promotion and further development of your store team. You are also responsible for ensuring that you and your store team comply with the legal framework, corporate standards and guidelines.


Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER

  • Maintain an exceptional service experience in store, ensuring high-level customers’ satisfaction
  • Implement, in partnership with other company functions, clienteling initiatives and events and secure Client loyalty

TEAM

  • Train, a mentor, motivate and offer constructive feedback to the team
  • Support team members to ensure a great guest experience
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Ensure the team is always informed about products, policies and procedures

RETAIL

  • Lead and manage all the day-to-day operational activities of the store according to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control store productivity levels with an aim to achieve targeted KPIs
  • Implement personnel and resource planning strategies to optimize staff schedules
  • Ensure product availability and product flow 
  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the product team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years as a Store Manager 
  • Knowledge of the main sales KPIs and analytical skills
  • Passion for FOOTBALL; our ideal store manager is football obsessed
  • Excellent use of English language and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
