A strategic partnership lead is expected to be the primary point of contact for all external inquiries regarding partnering interests and to regularly represent Top4Sport to external parties. As the key strategic partnership lead, you will build trusted relationships at the partner including, local country managers, sales leaders, functional and technical teams as well as our partner’s ecosystem, you will work to penetrate key named accounts of the partner, in conjunction with the partner and their broader ecosystem, and create opportunities for the regional sales team to engage in and close.

What do you need to succeed in this role:

You are the sales-focused partner leader with the ability to shape relationships with strategic partners and wish to be able to think big and be creative, partnering with Sales Management to help develop our strategic partnerships. You must be a clear communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills at the board level and strong energy, drive, and enthusiasm balanced with patience and persistence.

Key responsibilities:

  • The primary focus will be on overseeing and leading the execution of strategic partnering projects that support Top4Sport goals.

  • Create pipeline and ensure closed business with Top4Sport

  • Leading the out-partnering team and overseeing the initiation, outreach, diligence, contract negotiation, and execution of agreements to partner.

  • Maintain an updated view of businesses or portfolios potentially in scope for divestiture

  • Manages all aspects of assigned and approved projects including external parties, attorneys, consultants and others in order to advance projects to a successful conclusion

  • Interact with Top4Sport management to make recommendations on path forward for potential transaction based on strategies and financial considerations including

  • Prepare documents to secure and navigate internal endorsement and approval processes

  • Develop / maintain strong relationships 

  • Ability to socialize benefits, risks and terms of potential agreements in a concise and clear manner, to solicit input as part of the process, incorporate such input as appropriate and build internal support for the definitive agreement
